Coursera and Udemy Merge to Create $2.5 Billion AI Skills Platform

Coursera completed its all-stock acquisition of Udemy, forming a $2.5 billion online skills platform serving 290 million learners and 18,000 enterprise customers. The merger aims to capitalize on surging AI training demand and generate $115 million in cost synergies within two years.
